I would like to order something from years ago as a keepsake. Is it possible to still order?

Yes, we archive artwork for many years. Please contact our Customer Service Deppartment at 800-394-2090 and we will happy to assist you.

What if my child’s name is spelled wrong on the brochure. Can if be corrected?

Yes, please call 800-394-2090 or email your request to info@displaymyart.com. The name will be corrected online, but the free custom brochure will not be reprinted.

Can I personalize the items?

We offer personalization for several items. There is a list on the inside of the DMA brochure. Products that offer personalization will show a personalization field on our website.

When ordering for myself and also want to send something to another address do I need to make separate orders?

Yes, you would need to do a separate order if it is a different shipping address.

When ordering for more than one student, do I need to order separately?

No, when you order online there is an option to enter other orders number under one order.

How are the products shipped?

The items are shipped by USPS or UPS.

I lost the brochure can I still order or where can I get the order #?

Yes, you can call our Customer Service Department and they can assist you with the order number. 800-394-2090

Where do I find my child’s order ?

You can find it on the back of the brochure in the crayon on the top left of the brochure. If you misplaced the brochure feel free to call 800-394-2090 and we would be happy to look it up for you.

Can we use are own paper?

We suggest that you use the DMA paper we provide to ensure the best quality for the final keepsake, but you are welcome to use your own paper.

Can I order anytime?

Yes, you can order online at www.DisplayMyArt.com or by calling 800-394-2090. Orders placed after your school deadline will be charged a shipping fee.

What happens if the item is broken or defective?

Call our Customer Service team and we would than happy to assist you at 800-394-2090 to correct the issue.

Can a child send in more than one?

We only produce one free brochure for each piece of artwork. If you would like to send additional works of art please email them to info@displaymyart.com. We will process your art and email you the order number that can be used to place the order.

Can siblings or families participate?

Yes, families and siblings are encouraged to participate. Feel free to print the DMA art paper template and use one of our lesson plans.

Do I need to upload the artwork?

No, we do all of the work for you. Simply send us the artwork and we process each masterpiece.

Does each student get a brochure?

Yes, each brochure will feature the childs art and will be personalized with their name.

I don’t have a computer to order. How can I order?

That’s fine; you can call our Customer Service team to place an order 800-394-2090

My child was absent what do I do?

You can send in a completed piece of artwork to the teacher or send it via email to info@displaymyart.com

Can I order after the fundraiser is over?

Yes, we keep your child’s artwork archived so you can order at anytime. If you don’t see your artwork online please call 800-394-2090 and we would be happy to assist you.

Can I ship to grandma in another state?

Yes, place your order ontime, online or over the phone and your order will qualify for FREE shipping.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

DMA orders ship free anywhere in the continental US as long as they are placed online or phone by the deadline. Late orders are always accepted and will be charged a shipping fee based on the size, weight and zipcode.

What If my school does not need money and I still want to participate?

You can still run Display My Art, set the percentage to 0 and pass along the savings to the parents or select a profit and donate it to your favorite charity.

When is the best time to schedule our fundraiser?

The time is now! We recommend booking early to get the dates you need. Please call us at 800-394-2090

Can The Wall of Fame go outside?

The Wall of Fame of should be displayed indoors.

Should students put their name on the art and where?

Yes, we recommend including a signature and year on the art but it should be one inch away from the edge of the art space.

How much time will students need to finish their work?

We recommend 2-3 class periods to complete the masterpieces, but that will differ depending on the lesson plan and the grade level.

We don’t have an Art teacher, how can I guide students to create something memorable?

If you don’t have an Art Teacher that can help with the fundraiser, please consider one of our video or printable lesson plans.

Can we use are own paper?

Can we get the original artwork back?

Yes, a school can request to have the original artwork sent back.

How much profit do we earn?

You can select from 0%-100% profit. We DMA recommends 40% for most of our schools.  At a 40% profit your families would pay $9.98 for a custome mug displaying their child’s art on both sides.

How hard is it to run?

  • It is so EASY! Our program can be executed in less than 4 hours.
  • submitting an class list via email 5 min.
  • Lesson plan prep: 1 hour. You are welcome to use your own lesson plans or take advantage of our free lesson plans.
  • Ship the Artwork to DMA: 10 mins.
  • Distribute custom brochures to Teachers: 20 minutes. DMA brochures arrive at the school seperated by class.
  • Promote with marketing materials: 2 hours. DMA will provide marketing materials that can be sent in email blast, phone blasts, posted on social media, or displayed around the school.

How much does the Fundraiser Cost?

There is no sign up cost or minimum purchase. Schools with over 100 students will receive a free DMA starter kit that includeds everything you need to run a successful fundraiser.
